2. Ceramic Liners for Triplex Mud Pump
ST ceramic liners combine the strength of a forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve. We supply Zirconia as well as Alumina sleeves, of which Zirconia performs better impact strength, higher hardness and be honed to finer surface finishes than Alumina. Compared with bi-metal liner, the service life of Sinotai ceramic liner is 5-10 times higher. Its maximum and minimum service life can reach more than 4000 and 2000 hours respectively. Our ceramic liners can be used in high corrosive marine oil drilling.
